When you submit your address through our system, we may collect:
* Name: Your first and last name
* Mailing Address: Street address, city, state, zip code, and country
* Optional Note: Any personal message you choose to include for the couple
We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any other contact information. You are not required to create an account.
Your submitted information is visible only to:
* The specific wedding couple you submitted your information to
* Our service team, strictly for technical support, security, and system maintenance
We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your information is used only for:
* Sending wedding invitations, announcements, or thank you cards
* Displaying your address in the couple's private address list
* Allowing the wedding couple to manage their guest list
* Providing customer support when needed
* Including your address in CSV exports for printing mailing labels
* Maintaining the security and reliability of our service
Your information is never used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the wedding couple's mailing needs.
We take data protection seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

You do not need to create an account or provide login credentials to submit your address. Your submission is a one-time entry linked only to the specific wedding you're responding to.
Once submitted, you cannot edit your address through the web or app. If you need to update or correct your address or details:
* Please contact the wedding couple directly
* The wedding couple controls the guest list and can make changes on your behalf
We are unable to edit guest information without authorization from the wedding account owner.
If you believe you accidentally submitted your information to the wrong wedding couple:
* Please contact our support team as soon as possible
* We will investigate and assist with removing or correcting the submission
You may request that your personal information be deleted at any time by:
* Contacting the wedding couple directly, or
* Submitting a support request to our team
Once verified, we will remove your data from our systems unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.
Your address information is retained as long as the wedding couple maintains their account. We encourage wedding couples to delete their account after invitations and thank you cards have been mailed.
When a wedding account is deleted:
* Guest address data is permanently removed from our active systems
* We do not retain guest lists beyond what is necessary to operate the service
This helps ensure guest data is not stored longer than needed.
If you believe your personal information is being misused or accessed improperly:
* Please contact our support team immediately
* We will review the situation and take appropriate action

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
