My Invitation List is designed for wedding couples to collect, manage, and save mailing addresses for wedding invitations, announcements, and thank you cards.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
When you create an account, you agree that:
* You will provide accurate and truthful information
* You are responsible for all activity under your account
* You will keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for how guest data is collected, managed, and used within your account.
As a wedding couple, you may use the service to:
* Create a dedicated address request page
* Share your unique link or QR code with friends and family
* Collect mailing addresses for wedding related purposes
* Edit, delete, and organize your guest list
* Import address data using supported file formats
* Export or save your mailing list for printing and personal use
Use of the service must be lawful and related to your wedding or personal event.
You agree that you will not:
* Use the service for commercial, marketing, or solicitation purposes
* Sell, rent, or share guest data with third parties
* Collect addresses under false or misleading pretenses
* Use the service to harass, spam, or deceive guests
* Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
* Attempt to access another couple’s account or data
* Circumvent security measures or system limitations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You acknowledge and agree that:
* You are responsible for the guest information you collect
* Guest data should only be used for wedding related communication
* Guests may request updates or deletion of their information
* You should honor guest privacy and deletion requests promptly
We provide tools to help manage guest data, but responsibility ultimately rests with the account holder.
You may delete your account at any time.
We encourage couples to delete their account once invitations and thank you cards have been mailed to minimize long term storage of guest data.
When an account is deleted:
* Guest address data is removed from our active systems
* Access to the account is permanently disabled
Some limited data may be retained temporarily for security, legal, or operational purposes.
My Invitation List is currently offered as a free service. We do not guarantee that the service will always remain free, but any changes to pricing or features will be clearly communicated in advance.
We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
* Perform maintenance or updates
* Modify or discontinue features
* Temporarily suspend access for technical or security reasons
We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or delays caused by system issues beyond our reasonable control.
All software, design, branding, and content related to My Invitation List belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* We are not responsible for misuse of guest data by account holders
* Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service, if any
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Termination may occur without notice if required for legal or security reasons.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
